For fans of Japanese cuisine, Holy Carrot will undoubtedly become a firm favourite with dishes including a sexy tofu and crispy quinoa maki. Venturing across the globe to Mexico, it didn’t take us long to become obsessed with the red pepper burrito or their take on the seafood platter to share amongst friends. Where short plates reign supreme, Holy Carrot is ideal for anyone on the go or after a snack to satiate the appetite. The perfect place to meet, hang, drink and eat anytime of the day, the setting is worth a visit in itself. One for the curious, Holy Carrot’s design sought inspiration from Salvador Dalí’s Surrealism and the captivating realm of Peter Pan’s Neverland combined. The result is a warm and inviting environment that marries the classic charm of the townhouse’s original features with a new-age design fantasy. Think muted pastels, streams of light and abstract installations incorporating dried gypsophila, allium, limonium and lunaria to fuel the mind alongside your belly.

Holy Carrot was founded by Irina Linovich who some may recognise from the fashion glossies as ex International Producer of Vogue Ukraine and street-style star. Genuinely practicing what she preaches, Linovich developed the concept with her husband with the aim to bring an element of fun to eating vegan food. She says, “‘Carrot’ symbolises the fun and intriguing element of the brand, whilst ‘Holy’ represents the healthy nature of our dishes. The menu is very much led by the very best seasonal organic British produce and we take great care to ensure that the produce is ethically sourced and sustainable.”
