Check-in is from 3pm onwards and Check-out is before 10am. Please note that if you have booked a larger property of 4+ bedrooms, the Check-in will be from 4pm.
We’re unable to securely offer any space to store your luggage. However, there are storage companies throughout London such as Luggage Hero. There is also a service called Airportr who collects your bag at your check-out and deliver to the airport ahead of your flight.
Although we do love animals and dogs in particular, we’re unable to accept dogs/pets in our homes. However, Assistant Dogs/Service Dogs are always welcome. Please let us know in advance.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
0 – 14 days = No refund
15 – 30 days notice = 50% refund
30+ days notice = 10% admin processing fee
Please note, we strongly recommend for our guests to take out a good quality travel insurance policy from a reputable insurance provider.
