Led by world-renowned chef Rafael Zafra, who previously headed up El Bulli’s kitchen on mainland Spain regarded as one of the world’s finest restaurants, JONDAL’s repertoire is based on exquisite seafood and minimal preparation with the finest produce to complement. Zafra’s ensures all dishes are treated with the greatest respect and expertise with the end result a stunning, Mediterranean-inspired menu met with rave reviews by holidaying visitors and local regulars, firmly securing its place as Ibiza’s premier day spot.
